11) HEULIX Shipping Protection
If you purchase HEULIX Shipping Protection at checkout, your order may be covered against loss or damage during transit.
Loss:
If the carrier fails to deliver your parcel, or if the package is confirmed lost during transit, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Damage:
If your order arrives visibly damaged during transit, we may provide a replacement or refund after reviewing supporting evidence.
Exclusions:
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Delivery delays
- Customs delays
- Change-of-mind returns
- Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
- Theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery
- Repeated or suspicious claims
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.
